I agree with you. I don't think there's any one "right" way to train. I made great progress on a Westside-ish program, and just switched back to a German Volume Training style program today. I had a kick ass workout and got the best pump I've had in months... the low rep work isn't enough reps to give that type of pump. I'm gonna do this for a month or so and then switch to something else. The variety is what causes the biggest gains, in my opinion.
