My supplements:

Optimum Whey - any brand is fine, definately need the protein
Optimum Multivitamins - vitamins for teh win
Optimum L-glutamine - helps build muscle and heal faster
Twin Lab Ripped Fuel - gives me energy for my morning workouts

Defintely need whey and multivitamins.. the rest should be considered optional. Sometimes ill do creatine, but you really need to avoid caffeine and alcamahol or your wasting your money.
