Creatine works, but i think its more suited to athletic performance then bodybuilding training. IMO
Glutamine- I take it when i can afford it. I almost never got sick when i was using the stuff. Actually i dont think i ever did. And getting sick is always a huge set back. So just for that its worth. I think i noticed some muscle gains that were bigger on this stuff. but thats very debatable
Tribestan - Ive tried it. Im not sure it works. But ill try anything once
R-Ala never done it for any length of time. I bough some pure ALA, that came from the manufactuerer not a supp company. Im saving that till i actually commit to cutting up. I always talk about it never do it. But the stuff was so expensive i cant waste it.
Maltodextrin - definetly will put weight on you, youll get a major insulin spike for sure. Just hope its all muscle. This stuff my my shakes too thick so i stopped, and would just down some ice cream afterwards.
Vitamin C - meh these taste good
Vitamin E - These look cool
Zinc - boring compared to the other vitamins

Right now i just take protien powder, and eat a shit load. If i have money to burn ill waste it on supps.

Although right now im saving up for some real lifting shoes.
so itll be a while before i get any of that stuff again. Not that i really miss it.

Protien powder is a must as far as im concerned.
but as was discussed before, just watch to make sure you dont get too much crap
