It cracks me up that ppl call Pnut butter hi protein. It's not, it's hi fat, but it is still healthy for you. No offense, I'm just trying to clarify.
I take a very good multi, efa's, protein sometimes, creatine sometimes and most important.... WATER. As most of you know the body is app. 70% water, so I call it liquid muscle. Most ppl don't believe me, so I don't preach to them, but it works amazing if you hit it hard. I guess that's it.
