I'm a night owl. And yep, I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night! I already do the protein shake thing before bed, but find I am still hungry. Maybe 2 shakes?

Almolds sounds like a good idea. Lots of fat, but I guess good protein and no carbs. Oreos and brownies??? Don't tempt me man! :lol
