Hi, I've noticed recently while all of my body seems to be progressing nicely, I just can't seem to get any broader across my shoulders. I train by maxing out every excercise, one or two sets max per excercise. I've noticed massive improvements in all other areas even in the definition of my back. I currently tend to do seated row, low pull, close grip pulldowns and wide grip lat pulldowns as well as rowing (machine) for my back. For my shoulders i'll do military press, close grip upright row, lateral raises and occasionally front raises. Where am I going wrong? I know you can help guys!
