I use xenadrine from time to time, seems to work great for cutting back bodyfat when combined with CV, havent had any nasty side effects from it at all. I've also been munching loadsa U-turn, De-tour and One way bars recently. Taste great as protien bars go, I think the impact carbs are quite high though, but they certainly hit the spot.
