Hi everyone, Im new to the exercise game sure I did push ups and did crunches but I want to get into great shape and start filling out alittle. Basically I want to get a 6 pack and get my arms and chest looking better. Can some one help me get on a routine that would help my upper body? I have acess to a treadmill and an optical and weights plus I do crunches and push ups everyday. Thanks any advice would be great.
